Templates are personal. Only a clinic admin can share one with the team: the team can use it, not change it.

A list holds up to 25 templates per page. Most people have fewer than 10, so the page numbers rarely show more than one page.

Deleting a template that someone uses by default clears that default; Record then starts with the first template in their list.
