For clinics on Cliniko. You invite your practitioners once you’re in.

NoteSense uses it to read your appointments and send your notes. We check it with Cliniko before saving.

Where do I find it?
  1. Log in to Cliniko and click your name, top right, then My Info.
  2. Open Manage API keys, then Add an API key.
  3. Copy the whole key, including the end after the dash (for example -uk2), and paste it here.

Mockup notes

Sign up creates the clinic, its admin account and the Cliniko connection. The key is checked with Cliniko first: if Cliniko refuses it, nothing is created and everything typed stays in the form.

Next steps: email code, then “Link your practitioner profile” (skipped when Cliniko has only one match), then Today. The starter note and letter templates are copied into the new clinic.

Password rules are all on screen: 12 characters minimum, and passwords found in data breaches are refused (the current app hides that second rule).
