Log in, then a 6-digit code by email at every login (two-factor). Invited practitioners have no password yet: their invitation link is the only way in.
Emails are matched whatever the capitals or spaces (“Ellie.Brennan@TrentValley.test ” works).
A removed practitioner (Martin Okafor) is refused and no code is sent. After 10 wrong passwords the account is locked and an unlock link is emailed.
After 60 minutes without activity the session ends, with a warning 2 minutes before. It never ends while a recording is open.
