Session note: progress of each part, then the note to check, edit and send to Cliniko as a draft or final, and the referral letter.
Each section can be edited before sending; changes are saved as you type. The transcript stays folded under “Review transcript”.
Draft or Final is pre-selected from your setting and can be changed at the moment you send.
With a referral letter, “Also save the referral letter to … Files in Cliniko” is ticked: the PDF is attached to the patient in Cliniko (Cliniko has no way for apps to write to its Letters section).
Once sent, the note, letter and transcript are cleared from NoteSense: the page only shows what went to Cliniko, with links. Not sent, they are deleted 24 hours after they were written.
Only Callum’s note, transcript and letter are written out in these screens; other notes show their template’s sections folded, without text.
